GO2 Group completed the Construction of a 1 bedroom Pod Style home, on a small block in Guildford, Perth.
In conjunction with the client and Blue Frontier Studios, a detailed design brief was created and in close coordination with a structural engineer, and Builder Surveyor and the City of Swan, the works commenced on site.
The works included extensive acoustic treatment of the building due to its proximity to Perth Airport, bringing in clean fill due to the reactive soils of the building area, polished coloured concrete floor slab, structural timber framework, cedar cladding, extensive timber decking, electrical, hydraulics, aluminium doors and windows, kitchen and bathroom joinery and outdoor shower area.
