KEY PERSONNEL

GORDON ALLEN

Director

Gordon has over 30 years building, construction, and senior management experience. He is a Registered Builder in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Focusing on the Design and Management of building, construction, fitout and refurbishment projects,
Gordon’s role is pivotal at the ‘front end’ of our projects to ensure our clients designs are effectively implemented and managed.
Layouts, design selection advice and cost effective building methodologies are established to meet budget, design, quality and time considerations.

ROREY FLYNN

Director

Rorey has over 20 years building, construction, estimating and procurement management experience, and he is a Registered Builder in Western Australia.
On completion of his apprenticeship, Rorey established a carpentry business, servicing commercial and residential projects from renovations and extensions to new custom home builds.
Rorey’s role is pivotal to ensure our clients budget is managed with selection advice, cost effective alternatives are sought, and works are planned and scheduled carefully.

SEAN McCORMACK

General Manager

Sean has over 25 years Commercial, Industrial, Civil and Residential Construction, Estimating and Procurement Management experience, and is a Registered Builder. On completion of his Carpentry Apprenticeship, Sean completed the National Certificate in Building Studies (UK) and was promoted to Assistant Site Manager. Sean then progressed to Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, won an award for Site Management and has been a Project Manager in WA for over 10 years. Sean is dedicated to delivering high-quality precision outcomes to all our clients. Sean’s drive, and eye for detail is the reason we promise our high quality projects are finished on time, every time, guaranteed.
