Go2 Group have completed the roof replacement and structural repair works to a busy occupied Aged Care facility in Applecross.
The works comprised of carefully staging the isolation of services to accommodate the works and occupants, temporary edge protection, structural remedial and tie-down works, insulation, battens, new roof sheeting, flashings, and associated works.
Works were completed in accordance with the detailed works programme and communicated daily to coordinate with the operational requirements of the facility.
