A new architecturally designed pergola structure was constructed in the courtyard area which will provide an attractive and functional space for residents to enjoy the outdoors with their family and friends.
A new outdoor kitchen was installed which includes a sink with hot and cold water and a commercial-grade cooktop.
The site was a live operational aged care facility and high levels of cooperation with the operators were required at all times to keep everyone safe and minimise disruptions to residents.
