GO2 Group completed the Design and Construction of a 120m2 extension, re-roof and external upgrades.
In conjunction with the client, a detailed design brief was created and in close coordination with a structural engineer, an architect and the City of Stirling Planning and Building Dept, the works commenced on site.
The works included a boundary parapet wall, structural steel for openings and wind bracing, double brick construction, rendering, blinding slab, structural tie-downs, remedial works due to latent termite activity, tongue and groove flooring, external decking and paving, electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, bi-fold doors, rear verandah, outdoor shower area, poolhouse, limestone blockwork and an entire re-roof of the existing.
