GO2 Group completed the Design and Construction of a solar passive 4 bed, 2 bath, double storey house on a small block in a short timeframe.
Good planning and trade coordination was at the centre of the projects’ compressed timeframe for completion.
The nature of the works included extensive site works, boundary retaining walls, structural steel for cantilevered first floor to maximise the floor space, double brick ground floor, stairs internally and externally, first floor timber framing, external decking and paving, electrical,hydraulics, polished concrete floors and high quality finishes.
