The Clients high rise office buildings had extensively deteriorated roof sheeting and required replacement. As all of the buildings were occupied and it was not viable to relocate the staff and equipment, Go2 Group were engaged to reinstate the roof while the staff remained in place. We engineered a designed solution to overlay new roof sheeting on a new roof structure. The work was done in conjunction with the Client's incumbent Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and also included a new mechanical platform for future use and an extensive Catwalk system for roof access. The result was an economical upgrade of the roof cover which eliminated demolition, temporary waterproofing costs and relocation costs for the Client.
