Go2 Group were engaged to complete the turnkey delivery of a new Landmark Operations facility in Bunbury, WA. The 14000m2 site was upgraded to incorporate a fertiliser storage facility, blender and dispatch facility, weighbridge, warehouse storage and a modern commercial and retail outlet to service the local rural community. Challenges around the high-water table and future truck access were overcome with close collaboration with all key stakeholders. The works were generally Design and Construct with works completed and commissioned on time for the relocation of the operations.
