GO2 Group recently completed the Design and Construction of a 200m2 refurbishment, re-roof and external upgrades.
In conjunction with the client, a detailed design brief was created and in close coordination with a building surveyor, an architect and the City of Canning Planning and Building Departments, the design drafting commenced.
The works include a change of use from retail to office, energy efficiency upgrade, new DDA compliant amenities and access, demolition, electrical upgrade, mechanical upgrade, ceiling replacement, internal finishes upgrade, structural steel, external façade upgrade, rendering, entry awning, external stormwater drainage, carpark paving, line-marking, signage and wheel stops and an entire re-roof of the existing building.
